#1 Plafond Management

Month by month it will be necessary to enter into the management mask of the same one in order to perform the updated calculation of data through the “Propose Values” button. In order to cancel a month calculation it is necessary to delete periods from the last period in list to one involved. The available value data at the beginning of the month can be viewed in the related column.

The plafond data is summarized at the end of the periodical VAT settlement report, but only as regards reports called CA_PeriodVATSettlement(plafond).rpt or CA_ PeriodVATSettlement (PlafMonth).rpt: in the first report it is possible to view the plafond situation on the second month before the settlement printed, on the second one it is possible to view the situation of the same month.

The procedure consists as follows:

RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area on which it is possible to perform actions about a pre-existing document, rather than to create a new one. The possible features list is the following:

Function	Meaning
New Plafond	It sets the cursor in a new data creation line
Delete Plafond	It deletes the selected calculation line. It is not possible to delete medium data, only the last one of the list
Propose Values	It performs the calculation for the new month, proposing values in grid
Go to the Initial Data	It cancels plafond in order to set again the start data
